Click & Collect
Unavailable Stock:
If a store and our distribution warehouse have no stock, Click & Collect won't be available.
Stock Transfer:
If our warehouse has stock available, you can order online and receive your order in-store within the specified time.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Due to the size of some of our products, a charge may apply.
- The time specified on the product page (eg. Pickup in "x" business days) is our best estimate and sometimes delays may occur.
Off-site collection:
In our Christchurch store, larger items (or if no stock is available in-store for smaller items) will require collection from our Distribution Warehouse. We ask customers to please report to the Christchurch store at 280 Main South Road, Hornby first for two main reasons:
- This gives our staff an opportunity to check there are no issues with your order.
- To process your order to our Drive-Thru style warehouse collection in real-time. This means your order should be ready on arrival and we also don't end up with hundreds of orders cluttering our collection area at once or a huge line of customers waiting at once.
Order Ready Time:
If stock is available in-store, you'll receive a confirmation email and can pick it up immediately during operating hours. If not, we'll email you to confirm your order and contact you again when it's ready to collect.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying by Internet Banking or Farmlands Card, please wait for your order confirmation email. (this may take up to 1 business day)
Our stores do their best to have your order ready for collection on your arrival however, due to the size and nature of our product, we may pick your order on your arrival.
- If your order has a large number of items, please call ahead so we can pre-pick your order.
If you purchase an item that is showing low stock, please call ahead to confirm stock availability.
Collection Requirements:
Bring your order number or email address and a valid photo ID (e.g. driver's license, passport).
Own Courier:
You can arrange for your courier to collect your order. Please contact the store directly after placing an order for click & collect or reply to your order confirmation email. Contact a store

We can typically hold orders for several weeks. Please call the store before placing your order to confirm. Contact a store
