Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time we may run a Free Shipping Promotion, It's a great time to take advantage of our already great prices! The following conditions will always apply:

  • Free Shipping applies only to the standard shipping charge and in some instances, an additional rural charge may be required (please see the "Rural charges" section for more info or check here).


  • A minimum order value may be required for the promotion to apply (eg: $200). This may vary between promotions.


  • Items tagged as Clearance or our Everyday Low Price Lockdown Items are excluded from any Free Shipping Promotions. If one of these items is in your cart the normal delivery charge for the entire cart will apply.


  • The promotion is valid while stocks last, with no backorders.


  • Farmlands Card Transactions are always excluded from our Free Shipping Promotions.


  • Outlying Islands and some remote addresses will be excluded from Free Shipping.
