Who do you send orders with?
We send couriered orders with NZ Post and bulk transport orders with PBT.
What locations do you dispatch from?
We dispatch most orders from our Head Office Distribution Warehouse in Christchurch. We also send orders from our Auckland store. Orders on our website are automatically assigned to the nearest store with stock available.
NOTE: All orders sent from our Auckland store are currently sent with PBT.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to addresses all across New Zealand.
Depending on your address some extremely remote locations may not be able to be serviced.
International orders
We are not able to process sales via our website to addresses outside of New Zealand.
We often deliver orders to freight forwarders who specialise in deliveries to the Pacific Islands or Australia. We can also apply GST free (excluding shipping) for qualifying international customers.
